FlyGuard: Drone Detector is a utilities app of pre- and post-flight checks for drone pilots, running entirely on the iPhone's own sensors with no server, sign-in, or ads. It listens for propeller sounds and buzzer beeps, checks GPS accuracy, and reads vibration and barometric trends. What stands out is that audio is reduced to frequencies on the spot and never recorded.

FlyGuard is a set of checks for before and after a drone flight. No server, no sign-in, no ads — it runs on your iPhone's own sensors.

■ Drone sound detection — listens for propeller harmonics and tells you when an aircraft may be nearby. Audio is never recorded; it is reduced to frequencies on the spot. ■ Locator beep search — listens for the buzzer a downed aircraft sounds and tells you when it is within earshot. ■ Direction — draws the bearing to a marked point over the camera view, to help find a lost aircraft. ■ GNSS health — position accuracy and wander, with a plain go / not-advised call. ■ Propeller check — diagnoses damage or imbalance from the hover sound. ■ Vibration — a vibration spectrum from the phone placed on the airframe. ■ Weather watch — a barometric trend that warns when the sky is about to change.

16 languages. Nothing leaves the phone except map tile requests to OpenFreeMap.

Note: readings are an aid, not a guarantee that every aircraft is detected. The pilot decides whether to fly under local rules and actual conditions.
