Focus Rings is a minimal Pomodoro timer built around the activity rings you already know from Apple Fitness. Start a focus session, watch the ring fill, take a break, repeat.
• Rings that show your day: every completed session fills your daily ring • Never starts on its own: you decide when each session begins • iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac: start on one device, check on another • Live Activity and Dynamic Island on iPhone, widget on the Home Screen • Complication on Apple Watch, menu bar timer on Mac • Time Sensitive notifications when a session ends • Siri, Shortcuts and App Intents: start, pause and stop hands-free • Private by design: your data lives in your iCloud, there is no account, no ads and no tracking
Focus 10–60 minutes, short break 5–15 minutes, long break 15–30 minutes. Skipped sessions never count, so your rings stay honest.
