Each item can be set to Open, In progress, or Done, with a written response, and the review can be exported as a PDF decision report or CSV table. Data stays on the device, and the app does not read handwriting in scanned pages.

Folioflag turns a marked-up PDF into a clear review handoff. Import a PDF you already have. The app gathers its readable comments, highlights, notes, and other annotations into a page-linked decision queue. Open the original page beside the queue, mark each item Open, In progress, or Done, and add your response. You can add your own page notes when a PDF has no embedded comments.
When the review is ready, generate a named PDF decision report or CSV table with page number, source annotation, status, and response. Share either file with your usual apps. The imported PDF and your decisions are stored locally on this device until you remove the review.
Folioflag reviews existing annotations; it does not change the source PDF or recognize handwritten marks in scanned page images. Some PDFs may restrict access to annotations. No account, subscription, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or developer-server upload.
