Formfoil: PDF Field Audit

Formfoil is a focused quality check for fillable PDFs. Import a PDF from Files and see every interactive widget field in a page-by-page register. Review missing field names, empty required values, small field areas, fields outside the page crop, and names used more than once. Shared names can be intentional, so Formfoil marks them for review rather than declaring them wrong.

Select a field to locate it on the actual document. Search by name or label and filter to fields with findings. Preview the same PDF report you share. Try the included example PDF from the library. Save audits and source PDFs locally, reopen projects, and share a named PDF audit report plus a complete CSV field inventory. The source PDF is not attached to the exported report.

Formfoil reads PDFKit-visible widget fields. It supports PDFs up to 80 MB, 500 pages and 5,000 annotations. It does not fill, alter, validate JavaScript, inspect XFA-only forms, certify accessibility or legal compliance, or guarantee behavior in every PDF viewer. A PDF with no interactive fields is reported clearly.

No account, ads, subscription, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or developer-server upload. Imported PDFs and audit records stay on your device until you delete the project or app.
