GBCM Ultra

GBCM Ultra is an expense-tracking application designed for managing personal bills and finances. The home screen displays income, expenses, incoming refunds, and net expenditure, with pending refunds shown separately. Users can initiate a refund plan linked to an original expense, record individual refund installments as they arrive, and specify the receiving account for each transaction. The original payment, expected refund amount, actual refund receipts, and remaining balance are all interconnected; even if a refund plan is cancelled, the history of refunds already received remains intact. The analysis section provides statistics based on both the date of refund receipt and the date of the original expense, utilizing bar charts, donut charts, and waterfall charts to visualize refund distribution and final net expenditure. Settings include options for managing accounts, categories, and themes, as well as configuring a default refund account, performing local backups and restores, and importing or exporting data via spreadsheets.
