Grizzo: Romanian Lessons

Learn Romanian the way that actually sticks — built specifically for Russian and Ukrainian speakers, not translated from someone else's course.

Grizzo teaches real sentences from day one: the Romanian article, verb conjugation, everyday vocabulary, all explained in your own language, not guessed at from context. Seven exercise types keep every lesson different — translating both ways with a word bank, multiple choice, matching pairs, fill-in-the-blank, sentence word order, and typing the translation yourself, diacritics included — building toward chapter and level tests that make sure what you learned actually stuck before you move on.

WHAT MAKES GRIZZO DIFFERENT

• Built for you specifically — grammar notes explain Romanian through the lens of Russian or Ukrainian grammar, not generic English explanations • No hearts, no lives, no waiting — a mistake comes back later in the lesson until you get it right, and you keep learning • A streak that survives real life — two free freeze days a week • Review built into every lesson — words you've learned, and the ones you got wrong, keep coming back until they're truly yours • Everything works offline — your progress lives on your phone, not on a server

FREE TO START, PREMIUM TO GO FURTHER

The first chapters of every course are free, no account needed — enough to reach your first checkpoint and feel how Grizzo teaches, with an occasional ad between lessons. A Grizzo Premium subscription (monthly or annual) removes ads and unlocks the rest of the course, every level, all three languages.

THREE FULL COURSES, ONE APP

Grizzo doesn't stop at Romanian. Switch instantly between three complete courses — Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian — with a single tap on the home screen. Russian and Ukrainian speakers can learn each other's language, and Romanian speakers can pick up Russian or Ukrainian: same app, same quality, your choice of direction.

BUILT TO RESPECT YOUR TIME

Grizzo tracks daily goals in minutes, not vague "lessons", with a weekly calendar and daily quests that reward showing up. Your accuracy earns XP with streak and perfect-lesson bonuses, and mastery crowns show which words you've truly locked in — not just seen once.

PRIVACY, HONESTLY

No account required. No analytics, no trackers — your progress never leaves your phone, and the free tier shows non-personalized ads only. Grizzo doesn't need to know who you are to teach you Romanian.
