Hearth: Room Thermostat

Your thermostat only knows how warm the hallway is. Hearth makes your Daikin, Amana or Goodman smart thermostat aim for the rooms you actually live in: follow one room, the average of your rooms, or whichever room is furthest from its target, with each preset choosing its own.

COMFORT IN THE ROOM YOU'RE IN • Add room sensors and Hearth adjusts your thermostat until the room you're following reaches its target temperature • Bedrooms at night, the living room by day: your presets and weekly schedule switch which room Hearth follows • If a sensor goes quiet, Hearth falls back to the thermostat

A SCHEDULE THAT FITS YOUR DAY • Presets like Home, Away and Sleep, or your own, switched by a weekly schedule • Holds for when plans change, and you choose whether a change made at the wall sticks or Hearth goes back to its plan

KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, AND WHY • History charts of temperatures, setpoints and when the system was heating or cooling • A timeline of every change and who made it, whether from Hearth, its schedule or outside Hearth • Alerts when heating or cooling falls behind, a room gets too cold or too hot, or the thermostat goes offline

WORKS WITH Daikin, Amana and Goodman smart thermostats, through the official Daikin One Open API. With Hearth Autopilot on, Hearth runs your schedule itself, so it turns off the thermostat's own schedule; switch Autopilot off any time and the app simply mirrors your thermostat.

Room sensors: Govee Wi-Fi thermometers and Ambient Weather stations connect right in the app. Other sensors can send their readings through Home Assistant, a hub or your own scripts with the Hearth API.

EARLY ACCESS Set up now and Hearth is free for life. Homes that join later will pay a small yearly fee to cover running costs.
