It suits homeowners and renters who want their appliance details and an emergency sheet in one place, with data stored only on the device. When was the boiler last serviced? Which filter fits the cooker hood? Is the washing machine still under warranty? The answers are usually scattered across drawers, emails and memories. HomeOps keeps them together per device, so you find them in seconds.

SCAN THE RATING PLATE – Take a photo and HomeOps suggests manufacturer, model, serial number and year – You check and confirm, nothing is added without your say – Text recognition runs on the device, the photo is never uploaded

MAINTENANCE COUNTED FROM COMPLETION – Intervals in days, weeks, months or years – The next due date counts from the day you actually did the job – Suggestions per device type, e.g. annual boiler service, test smoke alarm, change filter – Reminder on the due date, mark as done with one tap

WARRANTY, RECEIPTS, DOCUMENTS – Purchase date, price and warranty, with a reminder before the warranty ends – Photograph a receipt: date and amount are suggested – Keep manuals, invoices and warranty cards as photo or PDF right with the device

SPARE PARTS & SERVICE HISTORY – Save filter and spare part numbers and copy them with one tap – Search also finds devices by their part numbers – Every service and repair with date, company and cost, yearly totals, CSV export
