À propos

Did your child actually get the speech therapy, OT, or resource-room minutes their IEP promises this week? Most parents find out the answer is "no" only at the annual review — months too late to do anything about it.

THE GAP NO OTHER IEP APP FILLS

Every other IEP app on the market handles documents, AI summaries, goal tracking, or deadline reminders — genuinely useful, but none of them answer the one question this app exists for: did the minutes actually happen, and if not, what is the district required to make up? Until now the only tool for that job was a parent's own notebook or spreadsheet. This app replaces it — one tap per session, the math done automatically, split into school-fault, student-fault, and no-fault so you always know exactly what's actually owed.

HOW IT WORKS

• Set up each service once — provider, minutes, frequency, pull-out or push-in — straight off your child's IEP. • Every week, the app shows exactly which sessions were expected. One tap logs Delivered, Missed, or Partial. • Add a reason when a session is missed, and whether the miss was the school's fault, your child's, or no one's — you decide, and you can always change it later. • The Ledger totals it up: minutes owed because of the school, shown separately from student-fault or no-fault gaps, for this week, this month, this quarter, or the school year.

WHEN YOU NEED PAPERWORK

Generate a dated PDF in one tap: • Service Delivery Log — every session, every date, ready to attach to an email. • Meeting Prep Sheet — your gaps turned into specific talking points and questions for the IEP team. • Request for Compensatory Education — a fill-in-the-blank letter citing your own logged dates. • Records Request Letter — a FERPA-based request for the district's own service logs, to compare against yours. • A full CSV export of every session, for your own files.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

There's no account, no login, and no server. Every child, service, and session lives in a local database on your device — nothing is uploaded, ever. Two things in the app touch the internet at all, and neither sends anything about your child: an optional school-calendar import that only downloads a calendar file you point it to, and a reference link (in the Your Rights screen) to find your state's Parent Training and Information Center. Back up your data the same way you'd back up any other app: your phone's standard device backup.

WHAT'S FREE

Tracking one child is free, permanently — the full weekly capture loop, the complete ledger and trend view, and the Service Delivery Log PDF. A single $12.99 one-time unlock (no subscription) adds every other report, school-calendar import, and support for more than one child.

Built for parents and guardians navigating IEPs and 504 plans — and for the advocates and attorneys who work alongside them.
