IM Management is the staff console for Inavate Media's custom jewelry studio. It is for our own team — admins, team leads and accountants — and needs a staff account to sign in.
DASHBOARD Today's numbers at a glance: orders in progress, CAD designs waiting on review, overdue work and open invoices, with reminders that land as notifications.
ORDERS AND CAD A board and list of every order, the CAD queue by status, assignment to designers and teams, revision history, files and renders. Review a design, compare versions, mark up a render or a PDF, and send it to the client from the phone.
CLIENT ACCOUNTS Each account with its contacts, orders, quotes and balance. Start an order or a CAD brief for an account, price line items from the charge catalogue, reference a past job.
BILLING Create and send invoices, record payments and discounts, see settlement and reports.
MESSAGES The studio side of every order thread, with notifications for new messages.
No advertising, no analytics, no third-party tracking.
