JobSite Book is an all-in-one app for contractors, inspectors, builders and home pros. Take tagged, time-stamped photos, build professional PDF reports, send quotes and invoices with an electronic signature, and capture a room-by-room walkthrough before the drywall goes up. PHOTOS THAT PROVE THE WORK • Take photos with tags such as Issue, Water, Electrical and Plumbing, plus a severity level and a note on every photo. • Date, time and job address are printed on each photo. • Mark up photos with Apple's built-in tools: arrows, circles, text and highlights. • Record video clips for a project. • Search the gallery by tag, note, or text that appears in the photo, such as a brand name on a label. • Make before-and-after images in side-by-side, top-and-bottom, split or diagonal layouts, ready to share as a JPEG.

THE WALL WALKTHROUGH • Capture each room by standing still and turning in a circle with your iPhone. • Look around later by dragging, then pinch to zoom in on a sharp photo. • Link rooms together, then tap an arrow to walk to the next room or down the hall. • Add tags for pipes, wires, gas lines and shutoffs. • Share a walkthrough-only copy with the homeowner so they can see what's in the walls during future repairs.

REPORTS • Build several saved reports per project and choose exactly which photos go in each. • Reorder photos, add before-and-after pairs, and include notes, quotes and checklists. • Reports show your company logo and name, the customer's name and address, the inspector's name, and a timestamp on every photo.

QUOTES, INVOICES & PAYMENTS • Build quotes and invoices with line items, tax, deposits and terms. • Keep a price list of your common items and add them in a tap. • Customers sign on your screen. The signature, printed name and time go on the PDF. • Add a payment link and a QR code: PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Square, Stripe, or any page you choose. You can also list other ways to pay, such as Zelle or check. • Mark invoices as paid, and see paid and outstanding totals for all time, this year or this month. • Export invoices and expenses for accounting as CSV files, with a date range and a skip-already-exported option.

CUSTOMERS & PROJECTS • Keep a customer list where one customer can have many projects. • Start a new project in a tap. The job address fills in from your current location. • Open driving directions, call, text or email from the project. • Use status labels from Lead to Paid, add your own labels, and filter by status. • Store permits, contracts and other documents with each customer. Scan them or import files. • A dated history is kept for each customer. Calls, texts, emails, quotes, reports and status changes are logged automatically, and you can add your own entries. • Set follow-up reminders.

ON THE JOB • Use checklists from built-in templates for pre-drywall, roof, punch list and water damage, or make your own. • Track time with a timer or manual entries, and add the labor to a quote. • Scan receipts and track expenses against each job.
