Készletpont is the stock and point-of-sale system for small shops. This app is for the shop's team: it helps where the work happens — at the shelf, in the stockroom and when goods arrive. On iPhone and iPad.

WHAT IT DOES • Price check with one scan — price, promotion, stock per shop, with the product photo • Stocktake with your phone — count by barcode, see differences instantly, even offline • Receiving at the shelf — supplier invoice lines matched to products; a receipt started on the web continues on the phone, and the other way round • What to reorder — sell-through, minimum stock and a reorder suggestion with the reason • Movements — transfers between shops, write-offs, internal use • Quotes — write one, send it by email or as a PDF, and turn it into an order • Daily close — check in the evening whether the till adds up • Notifications when something runs low or expires — in your own language

BUILT FOR THE SHOP It opens by role: cashiers start with the price check, stock staff with inventory, managers with the daily overview. What someone may not see — purchase prices, for example — the app does not show them either, and it says why. For a phone left at the counter there is counter mode and a Face ID lock.

When the connection drops, the app shows it the whole time, and what can wait on the phone waits until the network is back.

The app works with your Készletpont account; the company, products and team are set up on the keszletpont.com web interface. The company manages its subscription on the web — there are no purchases in the app.
