Mirrorday: AI Journal

Mirrorday is the two-minute journal that writes back.

Pick how you feel, write a few lines (or dictate them), and tap Reflect. In seconds you get a short, kind reflection: what you said, what might be underneath, and one question worth sitting with. No blank page, no 20-minute ritual.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Reflections are generated on your iPhone, with Apple Intelligence where available. Your entries are never uploaded, never used to train anything, and there is no account to create.

SEE YOUR PATTERNS After a few days, Mirrorday starts to notice what you can't see by rereading: which days dip, which activities lift your mood, which ones drain it, and the words you keep coming back to.

YOUR WEEKLY READ Every week, a one-card summary of your emotional week. Keep it, or share it — it never includes what you wrote.

BUILT TO STICK • Rotating prompts so you never stare at an empty page • Mood scale and tags in two taps • Streaks and a gentle evening reminder • Voice dictation

FREE: unlimited entries and mood tracking, unlimited reflections for your first week, then 3 a week. MIRRORDAY PRO: unlimited reflections, 30 and 90-day patterns, and the Weekly Read. 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Mirrorday is a self-reflection tool, not a medical service or a substitute for professional care. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or a local helpline.
