HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps and websites that distract you. Apple's Screen Time keeps your choices private. 2. Pick a focus length, from 15 minutes to 4 hours. Add an intention if you like. 3. Start. Those apps pause until the session ends. Mote stays right here.
