En bref
Nexa: You're Up Next is a productivity app for organizing goals, tasks, and schedules in one place. It breaks degrees or personal projects into semesters, courses, or milestones, and includes a Pomodoro timer and a Renew tool for tracking time away from a habit. What stands out is the Renew feature, which pairs streak tracking with notes about the experience.

Your degree. A project you want to finish. A routine you want to keep.
Nexa brings your plans and everyday tasks together, so you can see what matters and decide what to do next.
BREAK BIG GOALS INTO NEXT STEPS Organize goals into subgoals and tasks. Map a degree into semesters and courses, or a personal project into smaller milestones. See your progress as you complete the work.
PLAN YOUR TIME Schedule one-time or recurring events and link them to tasks. Use Today to see what needs your attention, then start a Pomodoro timer when it’s time to focus.
KEEP THE DETAILS CLOSE Write notes, capture thoughts, build nested lists, and organize documents into folders with color tags. Attach useful files to the work they belong to.
SEE HOW FAR YOU’VE COME Use Renew to track time away from a habit and keep notes about your experience. Revisit completed work in Accomplishments.
KEEP YOUR NEXT STEP IN VIEW Add Home Screen widgets for tasks and Renew streaks. Open Nexa on iPhone, iPad, or the web with the same account.
TRY IT FIRST Explore the interactive demo without creating an account.
Start with the free plan. Optional Pro, Plus, and Power subscriptions provide higher limits and more file storage. Your plan applies across your Nexa account on iOS and the web.
