PlugLog is a productivity app for logging electric car charges, with each entry taking about five seconds. It builds monthly statements per company and can export PDF or CSV files for an accountant or billing software. Each car can be assigned to a different company, and the history stays correct when the assignment changes.

PlugLog logs your electric car charges in seconds, then automatically works out the monthly statement and what needs to be re-billed, company by company.
No more notes scribbled in a notebook, no more spreadsheet rebuilt at the end of every month.
LOG IN 5 SECONDS Open the app, pick the car, pick the location, type the kWh. Done. The date is today by default, the price per kWh comes from the location. Two taps and a number.
THE MONTHLY STATEMENT A second screen shows every month, per company: energy charged, amount due, what is already billed and what is not. Public fast chargers are excluded automatically when you want them out of the count.
NO SPREADSHEET Prices per kWh are stored per location. Totals are calculated for you. You always know what is still waiting to be re-billed.
MULTI-COMPANY RE-BILLING Each car can belong to a different company, with full address and VAT number. Change the company from a given date and the history stays correct.
STATEMENTS READY TO SEND Select the months you want and export a PDF or CSV statement: company header, charge-by-charge detail, total, statement number and date. Perfect to hand over to your accountant or your billing software.
