ProSite – Field Teams

ProSite is the field app for construction, installation and maintenance teams — and any crew that works on site. Workers see their tasks, update progress in two taps and run their shifts from the phone — while supervisors and the office see every change as it happens.

BUILT FOR THE SITE • Two-tap progress updates straight from the task list • Every status change and note is saved to a timestamped progress history • Live sync — assignments, status changes and shift activity update in real time • Works in English, German and Arabic (full right-to-left layout), with light and dark themes

PROJECTS & TASKS • Projects with dates, location, client, team and a photo gallery • Tasks with priority, completion percentage, assignees and dates — overdue work is flagged automatically • Projects move from Active to To deliver to Delivered, with a guided delivery sign-off

MATERIALS & INVENTORY • Workspace inventory with categories, units, condition and photos • Stock movement ledger for receipts, issues and adjustments • Flag damaged units from the field so managers can triage them

SHIFTS & SCHEDULES • See the schedules you're assigned to • Start a shift, log breaks, check out materials and link the tasks you worked on • Wrap up a shift with times, material returns and notes

REPORTS • Open and share project, task and shift reports on the go

ROLES & PERMISSIONS • Every screen and action follows the roles your administrator configures

GETTING STARTED ProSite is used by companies with a ProSite workspace. Your administrator sends you an invite link — open it, set your password, then sign in with your workspace name.
