Rondva: Building Inspections

Walk the property, record what you find, and Rondva drafts the report. You set every severity rating and review every word before anything leaves the app.

Rondva is a field app for building and property inspectors. Capture rooms, photos and observations on your iPhone, then turn them into a clear PDF or Word report under your company's name.

HOW IT WORKS • Start an inspection with the address, client, date, weather and property details. • Go area by area. Rate each element, add notes, and record observations with a title, description, suggested action and severity. • Take photos in the app, or import images from your photo library, including thermal images saved by a thermal camera app. • Create the report. If you agree, Rondva sends the inspection to a third-party AI service that drafts readable text and an overall summary. Or create the report without AI, entirely on your phone. • Share or save the PDF or Word file, and fine-tune the drafted text on the web dashboard.

WHERE THE AI STOPS • Severity is yours. The AI writes around your ratings and never changes them. • You are asked every time before inspection data is sent to the AI service, and the app lists what would be sent. You can always create the report without AI instead. • Nothing is sent to your client automatically. You review the report before it leaves the app. • A Rondva report is not a certified engineering conclusion and does not present itself as one. It documents what you observed and recorded.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Inspections are saved on your phone first, so you can keep working without a signal. They sync to your account when you are online. • Your company branding on your reports. • The same account works on the web dashboard at app.rondva.com, where you can review reports and fine-tune the drafted text. • Available in English and Icelandic.

AI REPORTS, PLANS AND PRICING An AI report is the first AI draft of an inspection plus up to 2 AI revisions. Editing, exporting and reports without AI are never limited and never charged. Companies get free AI reports during our launch offer, while it lasts. After that you can choose: • Rondva Solo: a monthly auto-renewing subscription with 8 AI reports per month. • Rondva Pro: a monthly auto-renewing subscription with 30 AI reports per month. • Report Pack: a one-time purchase of 10 extra AI reports that never expire. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Unused reports in a period do not carry over. Report packs do not expire.
