ShowingRecap is a digital showing tour for US residential buyer agents. Clients rate homes on a phone during the tour, with no client app download. Agents see live preferences and send a branded recap.

Free is one tour a day, up to 8 homes. Pro removes the daily tour cap and does not limit homes per tour.

Add a home by pasting the listing details. ShowingRecap stores a listing URL as a link and does not fetch the listing page.

The monthly plan is a 1-month free trial. The second month is automatically charged at US$6.99 unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The plan then auto-renews. Yearly is US$49.99 billed upfront, with no free trial, and saves 40%. Deleting the app does not cancel. Apple handles the subscription, and cancellation is in Settings → Subscriptions.

Paid plans are purchased only through Apple In-App Purchase in the iOS app. The website describes the plans and is not a checkout.
