Slowfold

Slowfold gives you a few minutes of slow, even breathing, paced by a shape that opens and closes in front of you. Breathe in as it grows, hold while it rests, let go as it folds back. There is nothing to read and nothing to count.

FIVE RHYTHMS - Steady: in 4, hold 2, out 4. An easy place to start. - Square: four equal sides of 4 seconds each. - Unwind: in 4, hold 7, out 8. A long, slow exhale. - Resonant: in 5, out 5. No pauses, just a smooth wave. - Your Own: set every count from 1 to 10 seconds and preview the round length as you go.

CHOOSE HOW LONG Pick 1, 3, 5 or 10 minutes. A progress ring, phase bars and a timeline show exactly where you are in the round.

SEE YOUR PRACTICE ADD UP A calendar grid fills in on the days you show up. Current streak, longest streak, total sessions and total minutes sit alongside your ten most recent sessions. Small milestones mark three days, a week and thirty days in a row.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no sign-in and nothing to set up. Your practice history and settings stay on this device and can be wiped at any time from Settings. The app shows occasional ads from third-party networks and uses Adjust to measure installs and ad revenue; both handle the device's advertising identifier only after you answer the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you can change that choice later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
