Soumeé Forms helps Soumeé staff collect client information, consent and signatures during in-person visits.
Staff pair the device, enter their operator PIN and select the client and required forms. Clients then complete the forms directly on the tablet.

This app is intended for authorized Soumeé staff and clients using devices provided during their visits. An internet connection and access configured by a Soumeé administrator are required.
Automatic kiosk locking requires a supervised iPad configured for Autonomous Single App Mode.
