SCAN THE TAG, CHECK THE UNIT • Scan the barcode or QR code on each service tag, or type the number when the label is worn • Every unit remembers its location, type, size, year made and service history • Everything starts as passed: tap only what fails, add a note and a photo

DUE DATES WORKED OUT FOR YOU • Next annual inspection, 6-year maintenance and hydrostatic test for every extinguisher • Hydro intervals follow the extinguisher type (5 or 12 years) • See at a glance which units are overdue or due in the next 30 days, per site and across all sites

SPRINKLER SYSTEMS TOO • Quarterly and annual checklists for each riser or system: valves, gauges, alarms, fire department connection, heads, piping and spare heads • Record main drain static and residual pressure

EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND EXIT SIGNS • A register of every emergency light and exit sign: location, type, battery unit or central power, self-testing or not • Monthly 30-second test with a built-in timer; self-testing units get a quick status-indicator check • Annual 90-minute test: start it once for the building, close the app, and get a reminder when the 90 minutes are up • Next monthly and 90-minute test dates for every fixture, flagged when they are due

SIGNED PDF REPORTS • Summary, every unit with its result and next due dates, sprinkler results, emergency lighting tests, deficiencies and photos • Units you did not reach are listed as not inspected, never silently left out • Technician signature, your company name, logo and license number • Share by email or print straight from your phone or tablet
