En bref
Tawked Chat is a productivity app that brings messages sent to a business's WhatsApp number into one shared inbox, so team members can answer from their phones. It is for teams at businesses that use Tawked, with access granted by an account owner who adds members by mobile number. One notable detail is that it signs in with a mobile number and a code, with no password, and it offers Arabic from the first screen.
