STAY ON TOP OF EVERY CONVERSATION • One inbox for the whole team, with conversations grouped into clear threads • Assign a conversation to a teammate, or leave it unassigned for anyone to pick up • Track status: open, closed, snoozed, or archived • Snooze a conversation and it comes back when you need it • Filter your inbox by unassigned, assigned, archived, or unread
WORK TOGETHER, PRIVATELY • Add internal notes and comments that only your team can see • @mention a teammate to bring them into a conversation • See who is involved and a full activity history of everything that happened • Organize with tags
REPLY WITH CONFIDENCE • Reply, reply all, forward, or start a new message • A rich text editor with bold, italic, lists, links, and more • Attach photos, videos, and files from your gallery, camera, or Files • Choose which inbox or channel to send from • Save drafts and pick them up later • Schedule messages to send at the right time • Undo a send within a few seconds
