Tos Max

Tos Max centers its functionality around the recording of financial transactions, organized into five key sections: Overview, Transaction History, Borrowing, Analysis, and Settings. When recording a loan, the app captures the principal amount, the net proceeds received, and any associated fees. For repayments, the total payment is broken down into principal, interest, and other charges; the account balance is reduced by the full payment amount, while the outstanding principal is adjusted only by the portion allocated to the principal. The app supports partial repayments, linked payment scheduling, early settlement, discrepancy reconciliation, and archiving. It also provides a preview of how changes will affect linked entries and maintains a complete revision history. Data—including fluctuations in principal and fees—can be visualized through bar charts, line graphs, donut charts, and area charts. Users can attach supporting documentation by taking photos or selecting existing files, which can then be cropped and saved. Additionally, the app allows for the management of accounts, expense categories, and recurring items, with options to export encrypted backups and transaction logs.
