Built for contractors and small service businesses: HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, painters, installers, handymen, maintenance and renovation pros.
HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a job record with the job name, address and client. 2. Take BEFORE photos of the area, equipment or condition. 3. Take AFTER photos of the finished work. The matching BEFORE photo shows faintly over the camera so you can line up the same shot. 4. Add a work note, hours on site, materials used and the amount. 5. Let your client sign on your phone. 6. Preview the report, generate the PDF and share it by email, WhatsApp or any app on your phone.
WHAT'S IN THE REPORT - Your business name, logo, phone, email and tax ID at the top - A side-by-side before and after comparison for every matched pair of photos - Work notes, hours on site, materials used and amount - Your client's name and signature - The capture date and time under every photo, plus the location when location access is on
WHY CONTRACTORS USE IT - Before and after photos stay together, organised by job, instead of getting lost in the camera roll - Preview the report in the app before you send it - Works offline: keep documenting with poor or no signal - No account needed; photos and reports are stored on your device - Every generated PDF gets its own version number, and a timeline shows each step of the job
RECORD DETAILS Each photo in the report lists its device-reported capture time and a SHA-256 file hash. Trazana also records the SHA-256 of every PDF it generates and of the client's signature, which helps show which exact files a report contained.
LANGUAGES Available in English and Spanish. The app follows your phone's language.
Trazana records technical file and capture information. It does not determine what happened, provide legal advice, or establish legal admissibility. The client signature is an acknowledgement of the work, not a certification. Capture times and locations come from your device and may be inaccurate.
