Receive a work schedule as a PDF? Preview the shifts TURNI PRO recognizes, then confirm to add them to Calendar. Keep day shifts, overnight shifts, days off, vacation and leave together in one place.

FROM PDF TO CALENDAR • Import a compatible text-based PDF from Files. • Check the recognized dates, times and shift details before adding them. • Add your shifts to the dedicated “TURNI LAVORO” calendar. • See the end date clearly when a shift continues past midnight.

KEEP YOUR SCHEDULE UP TO DATE When you receive an updated roster, choose whether to replace previous shifts in the period or add only missing shifts. Review the preview first, then confirm the option that fits your update.

USE THE SHARE SHEET After the initial setup, open your PDF, tap Share and choose TURNI PRO. Review and confirm your shifts directly from the share sheet, without first opening the main app.

FIRST-TIME SETUP Open TURNI PRO and tap “ABILITA CALENDARIO” (Enable Calendar). Allow full Calendar access so the app can detect existing shifts and update them. You only need to complete this setup once. To import from the main app, tap “SCEGLI PDF TURNI” (Choose Shift PDF).

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE PDFs are processed on your iPhone. No account, registration or subscription is required. One purchase gives you the app.

BEFORE YOU IMPORT TURNI PRO works with compatible text-based shift schedules. PDF layouts vary, so always check the recognized shifts before confirming. Scanned or image-only PDFs are not supported.

The current app interface uses Italian labels. The instructions above explain the main controls in English.
