Udfyld: Fill & Sign PDF Editor is a free iPhone app for filling in, signing, rearranging and compressing PDF forms, such as school forms, leases and insurance claims. It works offline, so files stay on the device and nothing is sent over the internet. A standout detail is that compressed PDFs keep their text sharp, since pages with text are never converted to images.

Free. No ads. Your files never leave your phone.
FILL IN FORMS • Real form fields are filled directly: text, check boxes, radio buttons and lists. • Flat PDFs without fields: tap where you want to write. The text sits neatly on the line. • Add a date, a tick or a cross with one tap.
SIGN • Draw your signature and initials once with your finger. • Place them and resize them where you need to sign. • Your signature is only stored on your iPhone.
PAGES • Move, rotate, duplicate, delete and extract pages. • Merge several PDFs into one file. • Turn photos into a PDF.
COMPRESS • Make big PDFs small enough to email: Small, Medium or Original. • See the new size before you save, e.g. 12.4 MB → 1.8 MB. • Pages with text are never turned into images, so text stays sharp.
SAVE AND SHARE • The original is never touched: Udfyld saves a copy unless you choose to overwrite. • Share with Mail, Messages, AirDrop or save to Files. • Lock the fields so the recipient sees exactly the same, and add a password if you like. • Open straight from Files, Mail and Safari with "Open in Udfyld".
YOUR FILES STAY WITH YOU No account, no ads, no tracking. Udfyld sends nothing over the internet: everything happens on your iPhone.
