En bref
Who's That? Baby Flashcards is an education app of talking picture cards for children aged 0 to 5, with activities that move from simple picture tapping to counting, shapes and letters. Parents can record the card names in their own voice, and the app has no ads, no data collection and works offline. A standout detail is that mistakes are never punished: the picture wiggles and the voice says "Try again."
