YeposPOS is a point-of-sale and shop operations app for authorised staff at Yepos merchant businesses.

Serve customers efficiently • Browse products and build an order from a clear, touch-friendly checkout. • Apply permitted discounts, choose fulfilment options and complete supported payment workflows. • Scan barcodes and collection references with the camera. • Print receipts and pick slips using a configured Bluetooth printer.

Invoices, web orders and products • Create sales invoices, take payments, and print A4 invoices and pick lists, or share them as PDFs. • Review and process online-shop orders as they arrive. • Manage products: prices, stock, locations, images, variations and suppliers. • Photograph a product or box label to pre-fill a new product with AI (optional, asks for consent first).

Stay on top of daily operations • Review order history and track pre-orders and collections. • Find and manage customer records available to your business account. • Switch between companies when your staff account has access to more than one location or business.

Work with business files • Browse your organisation's Yepos cloud drive. • Upload, download, share and organise files from iPhone or iPad. • Keep selected files available offline and access supported documents through the Files app.

An active Yepos merchant account is required. Features and payment options depend on the services configured for your organisation. YeposPOS does not process consumer purchases through the App Store.
