7:7

Most Bible apps start by asking which book you want to read.

7:7 starts somewhere else.

Open it and write what you're going through — in your own words, the way you'd say it to someone you trust. Then Scripture comes back to meet it, and you can sit with what it means together.

"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you." — Matthew 7:7

WRITE WHAT'S REAL

Not a mood you pick off a grid. You type what actually happened. "I can't stop thinking about what he said." "I don't know how to forgive her." "I'm scared about money." Whatever it is. Every entry is dated and kept.

SCRIPTURE THAT MEETS IT

The verse comes back with its reference, in full, unaltered — so you can look it up anywhere and find exactly what you read here.

WORK IT OUT TOGETHER

7:7 doesn't tell you what you're going through. You already said that. It helps you see how the passage might connect to your life — what it meant when it was written, what people have read in it, and what it has to do with you. Written plainly, for someone who has never opened a Bible and for someone who has read it for forty years.
