Axis Nova Field is the internal app of Axis Nova Contracting Company for its employees on site. It is not for the public: every user is an employee whose account is created by the company head office.
What it does: - Attendance: the supervisor marks the workers of the project each day, signs the day and sends it to head office for approval. - Expenses: site expenses are entered with a photo of the receipt; the receipt QR code fills the vendor, the date, the total and the VAT. - Site fund: payment requests, fund returns and the statement of the site fund, from the phone. - Site records: daily site reports, site issues, incident reports and the asset register with QR labels.
Location is recorded only at the moment of attendance sign-in, a site photo or an incident report, never in the background, and the app keeps working if location is declined. Data is stored in the company system and is visible only to the employee and the company staff whose role needs it.
