Bilybyn

Bilybyn helps sports clubs track training load and attendance, so coaches can spot fatigue and overload before they turn into injuries.

The app is built for coaches, club administrators and physical trainers: it is not a social network and is not aimed at the general public. Player and staff data is entered and controlled by each club.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log a session in seconds: date, duration, attendance and a Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) score per player • Optional per-player scores: mindset, application, physical condition • Weekly view: each player's load against the club's alert thresholds, with a clear OK / to watch / overload status • Monthly report: load and attendance trends by player and by team • Full session history • Per-coach session summary, useful for club organisation • Optional medical notes, enabled per club • Multiple teams, with roles and permissions

HOW IT WORKS An administrator creates the club and invites coaches. Each coach logs their sessions, and Bilybyn aggregates everything into weekly and monthly views. Training load is calculated as duration × RPE, the session-RPE method used as a reference in sports science.

ACCESS The app is free to download. Access is provided by your club; there are no in-app purchases. The club administrator creates the club on bilybyn.com; coaches then sign in, or join with the invitation code provided by their club.

PRIVACY No advertising, no tracking, no data resale. Data is processed solely on behalf of your club. Privacy policy: https://www.bilybyn.com/en/privacy
