Caliris: Bookings & Inbox

Caliris is the app your team uses to run the day.

Your customers book through WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS or Viber, and the Caliris assistant answers them in their own language. This app is the other half: where you and your staff see what was booked, step into the conversations that need a person, and keep the diary straight.

CUSTOMERS • One profile per person, with their appointments, notes and contact details • Numbers are stored in international format, so the same person is never filed twice

NOTIFICATIONS, FOUR KINDS ONLY A customer waiting for a person. An appointment booked, moved or cancelled. A channel that stopped working. A billing problem. Nothing else, and each one can be switched off.

GROUP CLASSES Open a class from the calendar and add people to it, with places counted as they fill.

YOUR OWN SCHEDULE Set weekly hours, block time off, and override a single date, from the phone.
