LOG REPS, NOT INTENTIONS Every goal has a rep. Tap it when it's done, add a number, a note, or a photo. Correct a mistake later. The heatmap shows your last twelve weeks at a glance.

CLOSE THE DAY Each night, close the day with a one-line reflection. It's private. Days closed, reps logged, and streaks kept become your weekly score.

STREAKS WITH A SAFETY NET Streak freezes bank up as you stay consistent, so one bad day doesn't erase a month of work.

YOUR CREW KEEPS YOU HONEST Invite a few people you trust. See each other's day cards, react with emojis, leave a comment, and climb a points leaderboard that rewards consistency over intensity. Start a crew challenge and run the same program together for a week or a month.

QUIT WITH A REASON For things you're giving up, Firmus counts the days, the money kept, and shows you your own written reasons when the urge hits. An SOS button is one tap away.

REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOU A reminder per goal, one evening nudge if something's still open, a Sunday recap, and quiet milestone notes for quit goals. Every one can be turned off.

YOURS TO KEEP Private goals, your whys, and your reflections are visible only to you, enforced on the server. No ads, no selling data, and you can delete your account from Settings at any time.
