FOR OPERATORS • Home: a morning brief of what needs you today, who is on the clock, today's calendar and the deals most in need of you. • Deals: every house from purchase to sale, with its photos, scans, scope of work, schedule and money in one place. • Scope of work: build it from your walk-through with FLIP's AI, priced from a line-item catalog for the house's market. • Crew: send a job to a contractor, answer their price or a date change, and sign off finished work. • Money: see what is owed, moving and paid, and pay contractors for completed work. • Comms: message the contractors on each job.

FOR CONTRACTORS • Job offers with the scope, price and dates: accept, counter or decline. • Clock in on site, send photos and finish the job with a sign-off. • Ask to move dates, follow your week, see your payouts and keep a copy of everything you sign.
