FTP Client VMM

FTP Client is a tidy file transfer app for the Mac. Your Mac on the left, your server on the right – move files from one side to the other by dragging them, just like you do in the Finder.

FOUR PANES, ONE WINDOW Places, local folder, server directory and server contents sit side by side. You always see where a file comes from and where it is going. The app remembers its window size, its position and the width of each pane for the next time you open it.

EVERY PROTOCOL YOU NEED • FTP and FTPS (explicit and implicit, with TLS) • SFTP over SSH – with a password or an SSH key • Amazon S3 • Azure Blob Storage • OneDrive – you sign in at Microsoft, and the app never sees your password

SAFE ON THE WAY Connections are encrypted with the proven methods built into macOS. Passwords and SSH keys live in the keychain, not in a file. When a certificate or a server key is new, the app asks you first and remembers what you decided.

FAST WITH MANY FILES Several files are transferred at the same time, each over its own connection. If a transfer stops – because the Wi-Fi drops, for instance – FTP Client picks it up again where it left off.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO GET WORK DONE • Upload and download by dragging or from the menu • Rename, delete, new folder • Edit files right on the server – your changes are written back • A search field for the server folder you have open • Bookmarks for the folders you use often • An "Actions" list showing everything that happened – transferred, deleted, renamed

MANAGE YOUR SERVERS Your servers sit in a clear list, each with its own colour, starting folder and settings. The connection details are stored as XML on your Mac – easy to back up, easy to move.

GERMAN AND ENGLISH The app and its help are available in both languages.
