Gatherby

Gatherby is a quiet home for a busy house. It brings your family's calendar, tasks, and everyday lists into one calm place that everyone shares, on your phone and your computer.

START WITH A LIST THAT'S ALREADY MADE • Ready-made checklists in one tap: home and car emergency kits from Ready.gov, packing, hosting, moving, and back-to-school • Curated picks you can add as your own list: Barack Obama's summer reading, Read with Jenna, Oprah's Book Club, AFI's greatest movies, the best-written TV series, and Oscar and Emmy winners • Every item is ready to check off, shop for, or look up

EDITORIAL, RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED IT • Browse from any Watch, Reading, Restaurants, or Wines list: book clubs, NYT best sellers, award winners, trending shows and movies, Michelin restaurants near you, and top wines • Swipe right to add, left if you've done it • See what other households recommend, only if you opt in

THE WEEK, TOGETHER • Everyone's Google calendars in one view, colored by person • Public holidays, check-ins, events, and trips alongside • A view of the day: weather, what's next, and what needs you

TASKS THAT GET DONE • Assign to anyone, set due dates, snooze, nudge, and comment • Two-way sync with Google Tasks and Todoist, plus your Apple Reminders • Forward any email to turn it into a task

LISTS YOU ACTUALLY USE • Groceries grouped by aisle, shared live while you shop • Restaurants, recipes, books, and shows, with details filled in for you: opening hours, ratings, where it's streaming, how long a book takes to read • Shopping lists, kept private when they're gift ideas

QUIETLY SMART • A scratchpad that sorts itself: jot everything down, or snap a photo, and one tap turns it into tasks, list items, and calendar events • Share a link or photo from any app and it lands in the right place

EVENTS, TRIPS, AND SHARING • Plan a party: themed invitations, guests from your contacts, and RSVPs from a link with no app needed • Forward travel confirmations and Gatherby builds the trip for you • Share any list with a link, view only or check-off

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your household's data is visible only to the people you invite. Sensitive details are encrypted, and your data is never used to train AI models.

PRICING Free for 30 days with everything unlocked, no card needed. Then $5 a month or $50 a year for the whole household, through an App Store subscription. Wines is an optional add-on at $3 a month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings.
