Grayling

Move in. We handle the rest.

Your Grayling home in one app: the building team, the building and everything it runs, always a tap away.

Ask anything. Anytime you need. Message the building team the way you message anyone else. Questions about the building, your tenancy or the neighbourhood get an answer around the clock.

Something broken? Tag the room, add a photo. A leaking sink takes seconds to report. Everything after that lives in one thread, so you can talk it through on the ticket and watch the job move from reported to fixed without chasing anyone.

Your parcel is finally here. Get a notification the moment something lands at reception, keys included. No more asking at the desk: sign for it in the app when you collect, so the pick-up is on the record.

Book facilities without leaving the sofa. See what the building has, pick a day and a time, and confirm. Your bookings live in one place, and plans change without a phone call.

See what's on downstairs. Yoga in the morning, supper in the courtyard, a film night with the neighbours. RSVP in a tap and keep the details with you.

Sign where it matters. Tenancy paperwork and anything else that needs your signature arrives in the app and is signed on your phone.

Open it. Make sure nothing gets missed. The home screen puts whatever needs you today at the top: a parcel waiting, a booking coming up, a document to sign.

Grayling is the app for residents of Grayling homes in Dublin: Liberties House, Rathmines House and Hill Street House. Sign in with the email address your building team has on file. Live in more than one? Switch between your homes in Settings, without signing out.
