Innards

Designed for iPhone Duo. Open your phone. See what's inside.

A watch becomes a world of gears. An espresso machine reveals its hidden plumbing. The human body opens into layers of anatomy. Innards turns your curiosity into something you can explore with your hands.

THE FOLD IS THE REVEAL Start with the outside on your iPhone Duo's outer display. As you open the phone, its hinge reveals the object layer by layer. Pause partway to study a cutaway. Open fully to explore the deepest layer, with explanations and illustrations arranged across the inner display.

LOOK CLOSER Tap a marked part to learn what it does. Follow its highlight in the illustration. Switch between layers to connect the whole object with the pieces that make it work. Subtle animations bring selected mechanisms to life, with a Motion control when you prefer a still view.

THREE OBJECTS INCLUDED Begin with a mechanical watch, the human body, and an espresso machine. Optional one-time purchases unlock packs exploring power, precision, the home, and tall structures. An Everything purchase is also available. No subscription is required.

ALSO MADE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY IPHONE On an iPhone without a hinge, swipe across the illustration or use the reveal control to explore the same layers. Innards adapts its layout to the space available.

Open something ordinary. Discover something extraordinary.
