Keyward – API Key Proxy

Keyward is a local proxy for AI APIs in your menu bar. Instead of pasting your real OpenAI, Anthropic or Google API keys into every tool, each app gets its own virtual key. Keyward swaps it for the real key on your Mac and forwards the request to the provider unchanged.

You need your own API key from at least one provider. Keyward is not an AI service and does not sell tokens.

Available in English and German; the app follows your Mac's language.
