Kiroku is a budget and expense tracker for people who'd rather type in their spending than hand over a bank login. You log each expense yourself, see where your money actually went, and your data stays on your device, or in your own iCloud if you turn on sync.

No bank linking. No ads. No subscription.

FAST, HONEST ENTRY • A number pad with a real calculator: multiplication and division come first, so 100+200×4 gives 900 • Categories and accounts with your own names, icons and colors • Recurring income and bills get added for you: rent, salary, subscriptions • Templates for purchases you make now and then • Optional location assist: pulls in the account and category you used last time at the same place. Only with your permission, located once when you open the editor, never tracked in the background. You can turn it off in the editor settings • Mark credit card transactions as reconciled when your statement arrives • Transfers between accounts don't count as spending

MONTHLY BUDGETS • Set a monthly budget for each category and see your total at a glance • Progress bars change color as you get close and turn red when you go over • Roll unused budget over to next month if you want

KIROKU PRO: ONE PURCHASE, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION • iCloud sync across your iPhone and iPad • Unlimited ledgers (personal, household, side business) • Multi-currency transactions with automatic or manual exchange rates; the original amount is always kept • Full report details: category drill-down, full map, and a Sankey chart showing income flowing through accounts into categories • App Lock with Face ID or Touch ID • CSV export (the same format as import, so files round-trip) • Color icons and your own photos as icons

PRICING • Kiroku is free to download. The free version has no time limit and no ads. • Kiroku Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again. • Restore your purchase on any iPhone or iPad signed in with the same Apple ID. • If you ever lose Pro, your data is never deleted or locked. You just can't use Pro features until you restore.

PRIVACY Kiroku never asks for your bank credentials. We use anonymous usage analytics (which screens and features get used). Amounts, notes, names and locations are never sent. The only other network request fetches public exchange rates, and you can turn it off.
