Komplet is for people who run a small business in Poland — a JDG or a small sp. z o.o. — and would rather not think about paperwork. It keeps every invoice and receipt in order, checks them against your bank statement, and hands your accountant a complete month.

"I paid for 27 things this month. Where are the 27 invoices?" Komplet answers that question.

DOCUMENTS, READ FOR YOU • Drop a PDF or a photo on the menu-bar icon or the window. Komplet reads the supplier, tax ID (NIP), number, date and amount — text layer first, on-device OCR for scans, Polish and English. • Files go into your own folders, one per month, with names you can read. Nothing is locked inside the app. • Already have years of documents in a folder? Point Komplet at it and it indexes them in place.

BANK STATEMENTS, MATCHED • Add your ING statement PDF and every payment is paired with the invoice that explains it. • Card payments in euros or dollars are compared in the invoice's currency. • What still needs a document is flagged in amber; bank fees, own transfers and tax payments are recognised and need none.

A MONTH ON ONE PAGE • Every payment and every document, newest first, with the statement on top and the document preview beside it. • Totals per currency, with the NBP exchange rate into złoty. • "Prepare for my accountant" builds a package: the documents with clear names, the statements, and a summary in CSV and PDF — ready to share by Mail or AirDrop.

INVOICES AND KSeF • Issue invoices, proformas and corrections that follow the Polish VAT Act, with the PDF in Polish, English, French or German. • Connect to KSeF, the national e-invoicing system, with your own token: send the invoices you issue and receive your suppliers' invoices automatically. • Optional inFakt connection if you already use it.

TAXES, ZUS AND DEADLINES • Tax and ZUS transfers read from your statement, grouped by period, with late payments flagged. • Upcoming deadlines follow the Polish calendar, holidays included.
