Our goal is to make communication simple and provide students and families with the information they need to get the most out of their Taekwon-Do experience.

MacKenzie Atlantic Taekwon-Do provides traditional ITF Taekwon-Do training in a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment. Students are challenged to develop their skills while building confidence, discipline, focus, fitness, and respect.

Training may include fundamental movements, patterns, kicking and hand techniques, sparring, self-defence, breaking, physical conditioning, terminology, theory, and grading preparation.

Students progress through a structured belt-ranking system, working toward personal goals while developing both physical and mental skills.

At MacKenzie Atlantic Taekwon-Do, we believe martial arts is about much more than learning how to kick and punch. Our students are encouraged to live by the Tenets of Taekwon-Do:
