Mark - Markdown Viewer

Read Markdown without opening anything. Select a .md file in Finder, press Space, and Mark shows it fully rendered, exactly as it would look on GitHub: headings, tables, code, diagrams and math. Your Markdown files even get real thumbnails, so you can recognize them at a glance.

When you want to change something, open the file in Mark: a fast, native viewer and editor with a split view and live preview.

PREVIEW WITHOUT OPENING THE APP • Press Space on any Markdown file in Finder for a full rendered preview, no app launch needed • Diagrams, math and syntax-highlighted code render right inside Quick Look • File icons show a miniature of the document instead of a generic text icon • Works in Finder, the Open dialog, Spotlight and anywhere else macOS uses Quick Look • Safe by design: previews block every remote request, so a file can't phone home just because you looked at it
