The app visualises the estimated costs of a meeting by calculating a running total based on the elapsed time and the hourly rates set for the participants. The app helps users understand the financial implications of meeting time.

2. Accessing and using the main features No account or login is required. No sample files are required. How to use the app: - Open ‘Meeting Cost Clock’. - Select the calculation mode. - Select a currency. - Add participants and select or edit their level and hourly rate. - Start the timer to view the running total. - Pause, stop or reset the timer as required.

Hourly rate settings are stored locally on the device using ‘UserDefaults’. The app does not transmit participant names, hourly rates, meeting durations or calculated totals to a server.

4. Regional Differences The app’s functionality is consistent across all supported countries and regions. Selecting a currency changes the currency in which amounts are displayed; real-time currency conversion is not offered.

5. Regulated sectors and third-party content The app does not operate in a highly regulated sector and does not contain any protected third-party content.

6. Accounts, user-generated content and paid features The app does not require account registration and does not contain any user-generated content.
