Press SBU is an appeals system: citizens send applications, complaints and suggestions, and the responsible staff review and answer them in the same app.

FOR CITIZENS • Sign in with your phone number — no password to remember • Describe the issue and attach photos, videos, voice messages or documents • Pin the place on the map so the responsible department knows exactly where it is • Follow every stage: received, routed, in progress, answered • Reply when the officer asks for more details • Get notified when the appeal is answered, and reopen it if the answer did not help • Send a confidential appeal — your name and phone number are hidden from executors

FOR STAFF • Operators receive appeals and route them to departments • Department heads assign executors and approve draft answers • Executors prepare answers and request additional information • Managers extend deadlines and keep an eye on overdue appeals • The press service and management see statistics, charts and a map of appeals

Deadlines are tracked automatically: the app warns before a deadline expires and marks overdue appeals. Every action is recorded in the appeal history.
