Run your warehouse from your phone. Refurbr puts picking, packing and dispatch in your pocket, connected live to your own Refurbr instance, so the work on the floor and the records on the desktop always match.

The app tells you what to do next. Open an order and it shows the next item to fetch, where it's stored, and its serial or IMEI. Scan it, and the next one appears. When picking is done, carry the same order straight on to packing and dispatch without going back to a list.

PICKING • See the next item and its location, then walk straight to it • Scan with your phone's camera or a scanner sled • Your first scan starts the order, with no separate start step • Duplicate and wrong scans are caught before they reach the system • Undo a pick with a swipe

PACKING • Pack into numbered boxes and move between them with one tap • See exactly what's in each box as you go • Review every box and its contents before the order moves on

DISPATCH • Book a courier: choose the courier and service, collection date and time, and references • Complete dispatch and see the tracking reference • Courier labels and dispatch notes print to your usual printers when auto-print is switched on in your Refurbr profile

FIND ANYTHING • Search for an order by its reference, tracking number or an asset tag • Pick up where you left off: orders in progress are waiting on the home screen • Asset lookup by tag, serial number or IMEI, including its location and where it came from • Location enquiry: see what's in any location, by SKU and status • Stock enquiry: stock levels by SKU

MOVE AND RECEIVE STOCK • Bulk move: scan as many assets as you like, then move them to a location in one go • Receive and process stock transfers, or send items back

BUILT FOR THE WAREHOUSE FLOOR • Reads the barcodes warehouses use, including Code 128, Code 39, QR, Data Matrix and EAN/UPC • Tap to focus, a torch for dark racking, and a buzz to confirm each scan so you can keep your eyes on the shelf • No signal? Picks, packs and moves are saved on the phone and sent automatically when you're back online • Your picking and packing locations are set up for you from your Refurbr instance • Works in light and dark mode

SECURE BY DESIGN • Sign in by scanning a QR code from Refurbr on your desktop. There's no password to type, and the code works once, for two minutes • Your access is stored securely on the device, and a lost phone can be signed out from the desktop straight away • The app can only do what your Refurbr account allows, and it can never delete records or approve spend

Refurbr is for businesses that use the Refurbr platform. To sign in you'll need a Refurbr account and access to Refurbr on a desktop.
