S+ SolvePlus

S+ SolvePlus is the app for the SolvePlus business portal for cleaning, service and trade businesses. Staff and management see the same data as in the portal – with the same permissions. You receive your access details (Company ID, code, e-mail, password) from your employer.

CLOCK IN – EVEN WITHOUT SIGNAL • Clock in and out with one tap or by QR code on site • No signal in the basement? The stamp is saved with the real time and sent automatically as soon as you are back online • Current working time and your latest entries always in view

CALENDAR AND JOBS • Month and day view with shifts and appointments • Vacation and sick leave shown directly; management sees unstaffed jobs immediately • Calendar subscription for your phone's calendar app

REPORTS • Create and submit reports on site • Several before/after photos from camera or gallery • Signature directly on the screen • Open and share the report as PDF

CHAT • Conversations with colleagues and teams • Send pictures, listen to voice messages • Unread counter in the menu

DASHBOARD AND SEARCH • Greeting, clock, weather and your upcoming jobs • One search across sites, staff, appointments, reports, hours, notes and chat – always limited to what your permissions allow

HOURS AND ORDERS • Your own hours this month right above the clock-in button • Order workwear – with pictures, sizes and a wish list • Share your contact as a digital business card

IN THE CAR • CarPlay: discreet notifications – no names or contents, read aloud on request • Siri: "S Plus Termine heute" (today's jobs), clock in by voice

FEEDBACK AND IT • Write feedback or record it by voice – transcribed on the device • IT reports: capture devices by barcode, QR code or serial number (text recognition on the device)

ALL OTHER MODULES Customers, staff, inspections, billing, payroll, tax advisor, receipts, e-mail, applications, magic links, notifications and settings open as a web view of the portal – with the same functions and permissions.

EIGHT LANGUAGES German, English, French, Ukrainian, Russian, Tamil, Persian and Arabic – switch with one tap, Persian and Arabic right-to-left.

SECURE • Unlock with Face ID or fingerprint (optional) • Privacy mode: names blurred, e.g. on the bus or train • Login details stored only in the device keychain; the password is never saved • No ads, no tracking – all data is stored on the SolvePlus server in Germany; notifications are delivered via the Apple or Google push service (without contents, without customer names) • Delete your account in the app at any time
