ScrollTime: Limit & Challenges is a productivity app that blocks social media apps such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook once a daily time limit or a chosen end date is reached. It suits people who want to cut back on scrolling, and parents who want rules that can only be tightened. One notable feature: blocked apps can be unlocked with short challenges, including math, quizzes, or exercises counted by the front camera.

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook… ScrollTime helps you take back control of the time you spend on social media. You decide when they're blocked.
A DAILY LIMIT — Choose how long you can scroll each day: 15 min, 30 min, 1 h… Once the time is up, the apps you selected are blocked until midnight. With "Earn it all", every minute has to be earned.
OR EVERYTHING BLOCKED UNTIL A DATE — Exams, holidays, a digital detox: block your apps right away until the date you choose. Add a code if you (or a parent) want to be able to cancel early.
CHALLENGES TO EARN MORE TIME — Blocked? Take on a challenge to unlock a few minutes: math (3 levels), general knowledge quiz, exercise counted by the front camera (squats, lunges, jumping jacks, high knees, push-ups, plank, biceps curls, dance), or a walk counted by your iPhone.
YOUR TIME, LIVE — A Live Activity on your Lock Screen shows the time left today while you use your social apps (set up once with a Shortcuts automation, guided in the app).
YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE — Today's time and the last 7 days, drawn from Screen Time.
FOR PARENTS — Freeze the rules until a date or forever, protected by a parental code: the limit can be tightened, never loosened.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN — No account, no ads. ScrollTime uses Apple's Screen Time: your usage and your settings stay on your iPhone. Camera images are analysed on the device and never recorded or sent.
